Request removal of selected data while keeping your account, or request full account deletion. This form is available even if you cannot sign in.

In My profile, you can change your display name, clear your phone number, country or bio, and remove your photo. Then save your changes.

Progress or result deletion applies to all your courses. New activity after deletion may create new records. Other account data is kept.

After verification, your profile, course access, progress, quiz results and saved sign-ins will be removed. Payment references and amounts may remain for accounting without your contact details.

Requests are reviewed before anything is removed. Never share your password. To remove offline copies from a device, remove them in Downloads or sign out on that device.
