By using Jeune Espoir Education, you agree to these terms governing access to the platform, courses, and learning services.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. A learner account is personal and must not be shared in a way that circumvents course enrollment or access rules.
2. Course access
Creating an account does not automatically provide access to every course. Courses may be free, paid, private, or manually assigned. Access depends on the enrollment rules displayed for each course and, where required, confirmation of payment or enrollment by Jeune Espoir.
3. Payments
The applicable price and payment instructions are those displayed or communicated for the relevant course. Access to a paid course may remain locked until payment is verified. Any specific refund conditions are those communicated for the relevant program or course.
4. Use of course content
Courses, narration, illustrations, activities, quizzes, videos, documents, and other Jeune Espoir Education materials are provided for the authorized learner's personal learning. Unless written permission is given, you may not copy, republish, sell, redistribute, extract, or use these materials to create another commercial product or course.
5. Downloads and offline use
Where the platform allows a course or lesson to be downloaded for offline use, that function grants only personal access on the authorized device. It does not transfer ownership of the files or content and does not grant permission to redistribute them.
6. Quizzes, progress, and results
The platform may record learning progress, quiz results, and other learning activity. Any passing requirements, certificates, or recognition are determined by the rules of the relevant course or program.
7. AI Tutor
Where available, the AI Tutor is an educational support tool. Its responses may contain errors and should be used with judgment. Official course content, educator instructions, and program assessment rules remain authoritative. The AI Tutor must not be used to bypass assessments or improperly obtain answers to graded quizzes.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, courses, data, or systems; interfere with platform operation; bypass access controls; improperly share paid access; or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
9. Availability and changes
Jeune Espoir may update courses and platform functions to improve learning, security, or performance. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, connectivity issues, or circumstances outside our control.
10. Suspension or removal of access
Jeune Espoir may suspend or remove access when an account is used fraudulently, these terms are violated, or action is necessary to protect users, content, or the platform.
11. Third-party intellectual property
Some courses may include materials or trademarks belonging to partners or other rights holders. Those elements remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable permissions or terms.
